I'm Manoj Bajgain from Aathrai, Terhathum, building technology in Damak, Jhapa. Head of IT & Digital at Peak Tech Solutions, digital marketer for Damak Education Network and Silicon Education, licensed teacher, co-founder of DMK Group, and the mind behind PANA. A new app for Damak is on the way.
Growing up in Aathrai, Terhathum, Manoj was fascinated by computers. School wasn't easy, but curiosity pushed him to learn by doing.
He studied Education and earned a Teaching License. Since Baisakh he has taught practical computer and IT courses to students in Damak.
Alongside his bachelor's studies he completed a CTEVT apprenticeship in hardware, networking and system diagnostics, and taught himself WordPress, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Local SEO.
He now handles digital marketing for Damak Education Network and Silicon Education, running ads and online presence that bring students and enquiries.
At Peak Tech he looks after IT and digital: systems, networks, CCTV, custom-built PCs and the company's online presence.
With a fellow IT student and friend, he co-founded DMK Group. Together they are building the Peak Tech Solutions e-commerce platform and PANA, and a new app for Damak is being prepared for launch.
